Check-in is from 1:00 pm, however, we are flexible and if the apartments are ready, we can also deliver them earlier. In any case, you can deposit your luggage and park your car. We will communicate by phone when the apartment is ready.
During the high season, early check-in can be requested for a fee, subject to availability.
Check-out is set at 10:00 am. You can extend your stay beyond this time, for a fee, based on our availability.
We offer on-site parking for a fee. During the low season, it is free for those who book directly from our website.
We accept pets with a supplement of 5 euros per day. Payment is required only for the first week for bookings made directly from our website.
Cancellation is free up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, a voucher will be issued for use within the year.
Payment can be made directly at the hotel during the low season.
We offer discounts for long stays and benefits for those who book in advance.
Bed, kitchen, and bathroom linen are included with a weekly change. Upon request, we change towels for free during your stay. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Breakfast is not included in the price. You can book the table breakfast service with a mini buffet only in the low season for an additional €7 per day per person. In other periods, you can have breakfast at our bar with coffee and pastries.

Tourist Tax:
The tax applies to tourist overnight stays, limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
In the municipality of Rimini, the tax amounts to 2.5 euros per person per night, with exemptions for children up to 14 years old.
Residence Regulations:
- Check-in is available from approximately 1:00 pm (high season from 2:00 pm)
- Check-out must be done by 10:00 in the morning.
- Express Check-in and check-out are available for a fee upon request (delivery or pick-up of the apartment outside standard hours).
- To confirm the reservation, a deposit is required via bank transfer. The balance of the reservation will be made during check-in.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. The management will communicate the possible right to a voucher based on the cancellation conditions, to be used within the year.
- Upon arrival, a cash deposit is required, calculated based on the number of people and days of stay.
- Parking at the residence is available until spaces are full, afterward, there is the possibility of using paid affiliated parking.
- Air conditioning in the apartment is free from May 25th to September 16th, afterward it is subject to a fee.
Extra on request:
- Table breakfast at 7 euros per person in low season.
- Bar breakfast at 4 euros (includes a cappuccino, a croissant, and a juice).
- Daily cleaning at 5 euros per person per day.
- Parking: paid parking space (unattended).
- Beach agreement: one umbrella with two sunbeds at €10 per day (€13 in high season).
- Park agreement: discounted tickets available upon reservation.
- Shuttle service agreement to station or airport (upon reservation).
